Auburn Volleyball Camps
You must read and agree to these policies prior to registering your child for participation in camp. All confirmed registrants are assumed to have read these policies, and by registering, agree to abide by and follow these policies.
We can refund campers up until thirty days prior to the first day of camp. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after the first day of camp, for any reason whatsoever, including early departure from camp.
Spots in camp will not be "held" or "saved". The way to ensure a place in camp is to complete the online registration and pay the appropriate fees.
Teams wishing to participate in Team Camp and/or Tournament must reserve a spot with a $300 deposit by or full payment by June 1
Campers are required to have health insurance and a current physical to participate in camp. No Exceptions.
Traveling to Auburn: For airport transportation, contact Paige for availability.

1. What do I need at check in?
All campers will need to fill out a medical release form, bring a copy of medical insurance, and a form of payment.
2. Do you accept walk-up campers?
Yes, but there are limitations as to how many campers we can accept. Please contact Paige at email@example.com to check for room in our camps!
3. Where do overnight campers stay?
Overnight campers stay in The Hill dorms that are used for sorority housing during the school year. The Hill Dorms are located on Duncan Avenue
4. What does my overnight camper need?

5. Do I need to bring food for my daughter?
Unless your child has allergies, there is no need to bring food. If camps overlap with a meal time, we will provide those meals for campers. When your child registers, there is an opportunity to list food allergies. When we order food for the camp, we can order vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, or other options necessary. All campers need to have a water bottle! We have water coolers in every facility.
6. Are parents allowed to watch sessions of camp?
Yes! Parents can help at check-in as well as watch sessions. Please just be mindful of playing space for safety reasons.
7. Is there an athletic trainer at camp?
Yes, all camps assign an athletic trainer from Auburn University to each facility
8. Are campers ever allowed to walk around campus alone?
No. No matter what the age of the camper, all participants are required to walk with a camp staff member everywhere they go. If a camper is ever left somewhere, the phone numbers of the camp's staff are posted in all facilities.
9. What is your policy on cell phones?
We understand that campers need their phones with them, however, campers are never allowed to be on their phones as they walk to other facilities.
